I had a roof leak over the weekend and called Flood Masters. They arrived at my house within 60 minutes and covered the roof with plastic, pulled up the wet carpet and placed airblowers in the room for drying. They were great!

We resently had a water loss where most of the flooring in our house was damaged. Not knowing who to call (it was a weekend, and my insurance agent was unavailable), I did a search and found Flood Masters. Based on the review, I went for it and was very pleased with the service and cost. The tech arrived within a short period of time, and began the water removal process. Our carpets, hardwood floors and tile floors were all salvaged, with only minimal loss to the padding (on the carpet). The job was done in a timley manner and the tech was very helpful and promised to check back in a few days to see how things were going (which he did). The best part was we were only out of our home for a few days. When we returned everything was taken care of, furniture was back in place and the damages resolved. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, small or large. Based on the service provided and equipment used (all of it looked new, and the tech took very great care to clean the machines after use, so I imagine he used the same care on my possessions) they know what they are doing.
